Life's a bi*ch. Sometimes you try to do everything possible to avoid failure, and that's not enough.

Ok, think positively!

So - this is a lesson:

1. Try to wash all your corks,
2. Dry them properly,
3. Don't use any traditional wood varnishes (hair spray is max you can do),
4. Store your corks in room temperature,
5. And store them dry,
6. Allow oxygen access,
7. Don't allow sun acces...

Today me, and mr. Žan Trošt, fruit stickers collector from Slovenia - we have suprise for you. We did first 'Alvaroo's Collections & Hobbies exchange', and I've asked mr. Žan, if he can show us his collection. Here's what he says:

I started collecting fruit stickers in 2007, when I notice some stickers on fruits in our fruit basket. They seems interesting and then I started collecting. In 2010 I started with international exchange, which increased my collection. Now I have more than 7000 stickers.

Welcome to my blog, fellow collectors!

My name is Martin, and you may know me from many sites, forums and blogs as Alvaroo, Alvaroo_pl (yes, i'm Polish) or Alvaroo_85 (and i've been born in 1985).

I've created this blog to keep track of building my 'no-more-than-5$-a-piece' collection. I'm collecting many things, i.e. coins or stock shares, but here i'll upload articles and photos of:



1/18, 1/24, 1/43, 1/48, 1/60 and 1/64. Bburago, Maisto, HotWheels, Matchbox and other manufacturers.




Beer related:


Caps and labels are main part of collection, but I allso have some advertising materials. My collection contains (as far as now) only caps and labels from beer i drunk :).



Wine Corks:



I love wine, maybe more than beer. This is gallery of memories. Grand Crus, Premier Crus, some Champagnes and other stuff.






In this section I'll put everything else I collect, or I'm willing to swap (exchange). So feel free to ask me, I'm eager to connect with other collectors around the world!
